Job Description Generating Leads & Admissions Achieving Individual Targets Counseling Students and Parents BTL activities Cold calling Maintaining relationships with prospects Managing the Team Managing the operations of center Reporting to Regional Head Qualifications and Skills: MBA Marketing (preferred) or Bachelors degree with experience is must. Minimum 6 years experience in EdTech/Education industry. Proven experience in admissions counselling & outreach or a similar role in an educational institution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of educational programs, admission requirements, and career paths. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
