Roles and Responsibilities Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education abroad, guiding them on course selection, university options, and application procedures. Conduct telecalling sessions with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized guidance. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups. Develop strong relationships with international universities and institutions to stay updated on their programs and policies. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in Admission Counselling or related field (Counselling, Student Counseling). Strong knowledge of various countries' education systems, including Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective telecalling conversations with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
