Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service or automotive industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Sales Skills: Basic sales skills, including the ability to promote services and close sales. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills are needed to manage reception duties and sales activities. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Professional Demeanor: A professional appearance and positive attitude are important.
