Center Manager

The Center Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service within a designated center or branch. You will develop and execute sales plans, monitor sales metrics, and collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and productivity.
