Department:- Tandor

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Tandoor cuisine to join our culinary brigade. You'll manage the Tandoor station, delivering consistent, high-quality Indian tandoori dishes while upholding food safety and collaborating on menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & Cook Tandoor Specialties
  • Execute a variety of tandoori dishes—kebabs, tandoori meats, breads (naan, roti)—ensuring optimal taste, texture, presentation, and precise temperature control of the tandoor oven
  • Station Management

Oversee the Tandoor section, coordinating prep, cook timing, mise en place, and support during service. Supervise junior staff and step up during senior chef absences .

  • Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance

Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, follow FSSAI standards, perform regular cleanliness checks, and ensure safe storage practices expertia.

  • 3–5 years working as Chef de Partie (or similar) in Indian/Tandoor kitchens in hotels, restaurants, or catering environments .
  • Education

Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality. Specialized certification in Indian cuisine is preferred .

  • Technical Skills

Deep expertise in Indian spices, marinades, meat and bread preparation, temperature control, and authentic tandoori techniques .
