Campaign Ops (1-3 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end

  campaign creation and management

  for in-app promotions and ads.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create effective and engaging campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance

  , troubleshoot issues, and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
• Analyze user journeys to

  identify funnel drop-offs

  and work on initiatives to optimize the flow for higher conversions.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards to

  track campaign effectiveness

  and key growth metrics.
• Partner with growth teams to

  identify new opportunities

  to drive selling through app-based interventions.
• Document best practices and build playbooks for scalable operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-4 years of experience in operations, campaign management, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for debugging issues and identifying process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management tools, CRM systems, and app analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Clevertap, Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of

  mobile app ecosystems, user journeys, and growth loops

• Experience working in

  cross-functional teams

  and managing multiple stakeholders
• Passion for digital innovation, user experience, and delivering measurable business impact
• Prior experience in telecom, fintech, or digital banking (preferred).
