JobDescription Campaign Manager (Agency Channel ) LocationIndependent role based in HeadOffice. Requires travelling to various branches across the country Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution:o Develop and executesales-boosting cross sell campaigns tailored for the Agency channel,driving agent productivity and premium growth through cross sell in line withmonthly and quarterly channel objectives o Design data-driveninitiatives to enhance new agentproductivity, customer retention campaigns through cross sell and explore newcross-sell opportunities o Align campaignswith field sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and adoption at branch andagent levels Sales Performance & Growth Initiatives:o Work closely withregional and zonal sales heads to drive key performance metrics o Identify saleschallenges and create tactical interventions to improve agent engagement andbusiness outcomes o Track and optimizecampaigns based on business targets, agent productivity, and revenue impactStakeholder & Field Engagement:o Partner with agencysales teams, training, and product teams to drive frontline enablement andcampaign effectiveness o Engage with branchleadership to execute localized sales strategies and ensure fieldparticipation in campaigns o Ensure alignmentwith digital, IT, and analytics teams for smooth execution oftech-enabled campaigns Process Optimization & Campaign Automation:o Leverage CRM, salesenablement tools, and automation platforms to optimize campaign execution o Create structuredSOPs to streamline campaign rollout and tracking mechanisms o Implement bestpractices for agent engagement, incentive campaigns, and digital adoptionExperience Required 7-12 years in life insurance, with strong exposureto Agency sales, sales strategy and frontline campaign executionKey Skills
  • Agency Channel Expertise Deep understanding of agent activation, retention and sales performance levers through cross sell
  • Sales & Business Acumen Ability to drive revenue growth through targeted interventions and strategic execution
  • Campaign Planning & Execution Proven track record in executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns at field level
  • Stakeholder Management Strong collaboration with frontline sales, marketing, product, and training teams
  • Tech & Digital Savvy Exposure to CRM tools, campaign automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Qualifications- Graduate MBA
