Café Manager

What You’ll Do:

As our Café Manager, you’ll be the heart of daily operations — keeping the café running smoothly, the team motivated, and our guests happy. You’ll work closely with the founders to maintain high service standards while staying true to our values of sustainability, community, and warmth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily café operations to ensure seamless service and top-notch quality
• Leading, training, and supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Managing stock, inventory, and vendor relationships (covering food, beverages, and plants)
• Ensuring hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards are always met
• Handling POS systems, cashiering, and daily sales tracking
• Refining and implementing SOPs for service, food prep, and closing
• Addressing guest feedback with empathy and action
• Coordinating with our in-house plant boutique and event teams
• Scheduling and managing team rosters effectively
• Contributing to community events and our in-café plant care programs

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, kitchen operations, and inventory tools
• A love for great food, plants, and a people-first environment
• A go-getter attitude — someone who thrives in a small, collaborative team and takes initiative
