Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Lucknow. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to enhance revenue growth. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, creating proposals, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth. The role also involves fundraising efforts and presenting business metrics to key stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and conducting thorough Research
  • Experience in Fundraising and generating revenue
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT industry or similar field is a plus
