Business Strategy Coordinator

You are a dedicated and analytical Business Strategy Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the organization's strategic planning and execution. Working closely with senior management, you will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to align business operations with long-term goals and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior management to develop and refine the company's strategic plan, conducting market research and data analysis to inform decision-making, and working with various departments to implement strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Additionally, you will be expected to identify potential risks to the execution of the strategic plan, develop risk mitigation strategies, maintain documentation related to the strategic plan, and generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with complex data. Project management experience and previous experience in strategy development or business analysis are advantageous. This is a full-time position located in Pune.
