Role Summary:

Business Executive – Land Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential land parcels for residential and commercial development in and around Pune.
• Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and liaise with legal and technical teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and government authorities.
• Negotiate and close land deals in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, zoning laws, and land-related regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably in Business, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields).
• Five (or more) years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or the construction industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of local land laws and documentation processes.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to travel locally as required.
