Business & Digital Operations Associate (Web/IT Operations)

Job Description

We are looking for smart, tech-savvy Business & Digital Operations Associates to join our growing team in Mohali.

This role blends business operations, technical support, and digital project assistance for international clients, including coaches, consultants, educators, and online service providers. It requires a sharp mindset, strong logical and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day coordination.
• Support email marketing activities, newsletters, and simple automations.
• Update and maintain content on websites and online learning platforms (e.g., WordPress, Kajabi, Teachable).
• Conduct online research, gather market data, and prepare reports.
• Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations (MS Office or Google Workspace).
• Manage social media pages, blogs, and publish content as needed.
• Perform SEO support tasks such as website audits, basic on-page updates, and competitor analysis.
• Assist with graphic tasks using tools like Canva.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email and calls.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and platforms as part of ongoing project needs.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate (BTech, MCA, MBA, or similar backgrounds preferred).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with different digital tools and platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
