Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Specialist located in Gurugram. The Business Specialist will be responsible for conducting business analysis, developing business plans, enhancing customer service processes, and providing effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, strategizing, and supporting business operations to drive growth and efficiency within the company.
