We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our sales footprint across Maharashtra.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert potential clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-driven, with a passion for technology and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT & digital sector.
• Generate leads via cold calling, online platforms, email outreach, and networking.
• Pitch company services to potential clients and build long-term relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to craft customized proposals.
• Attend client meetings, demos, and events when necessary.
• Provide market feedback and suggestions for business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic understanding of IT services like websites, apps, and digital marketing is preferred.
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,307.98 - ₹23,331.72 per month
