Business Development Officer

Candidate who has 1-2 years of experience working in field sales. Any graduate young and dynamic with strong communication skills. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase average order value. Develop and execute effective sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our products/services. Utilize marketing materials, product knowledge, and industry trends to engage customers and drive sales. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development. Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and customer feedback to the sales/management team. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure alignment and effective sales support. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Candidate who has experience selling engineering product would be preferred.
