Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth and channel expansion for our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales and distribution, and a proven track record of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in General traditional trade.
Expand distribution network across territories and appoint new distributors/channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to create effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and collect feedback.
Execute product launches, promotions, and brand visibility activities.
Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure demand planning and product availability.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the senior management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Understanding of FMCG sales cycles, GT/MT/Ho.Re.Ca channels, and distribution models
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and develop data-driven strategies

Preferred Background:

Experience in handling FMCG products preferred Food items in A Counters
Hands-on experience in managing distributors, retailers, and sales teams
Strong network and understanding of local market dynamics
