Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in business development within the US staffing industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing both MSP and direct client accounts.
Deep understanding of the US staffing market dynamics, including different staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
Strong network of contacts within US-based MSPs and/or direct client organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
