ROI MINDS, a growing Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Agency, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales, team leadership, and driving revenue growth within the digital marketing industry. As the Sales Manager/BDM, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding the sales team to help them achieve their targets, managing the overall sales strategy encompassing inside sales, lead generation, and deal closures, and steering the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal finalization. You will be expected to craft and execute sales plans that align with business goals and revenue objectives, actively seek out new business opportunities through various channels like cold calling, networking, and email outreach, and nurture enduring client relationships to foster sustained business expansion. Furthermore, collaboration with the marketing team to devise lead generation strategies and sales campaigns, continual analysis and enhancement of sales processes for improved efficiency, and the provision of timely and precise sales metrics and progress reports to senior management are crucial aspects of this role. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of prior work experience in a similar capacity. The work location is on-site.
