Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.7-12 years of real estate sales experience (including 3+ years in a senior role).Strong knowledge of residential & commercial sales in the Pune/Mumbai markets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
