Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align business strategies. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Research
• Proficiency in client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Experience in developing business proposals and strategic plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the AI, IoT, EV charging is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
