About the Role

Business Development Manager (or Account Manager)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in

    government contracts and enterprise solutions

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive and execute

    strategic sales initiatives

    to expand market presence
  • Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor compliance, regulations, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

    7+ years in business development, sales, or account management in tech or government contracting
  • Expertise:

    Deep knowledge of

    SAM, SBA, 8(a), GSA, MBE, WENBC

  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Background:

    Experience in

    U.S. IT recruiting

    (H-1B, GC, Public Trust clearance) and

    federal contracts
