Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships with builders and developers, and contributing to overall revenue generation. This role requires excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a proactive approach to business development.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Real Estate, based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with real estate developers, agents, and brokers, and maintaining a pipeline of potential business within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
