Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention. Negotiate sales deals and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Take and process orders , handle after-sales support, and resolve issues on behalf of the client. Coordinate registration processes and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulations. Respond to client inquiries and manage all related follow-up activities efficiently. Gain comprehensive product knowledge to confidently communicate offerings and improve performance.
