Position Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for PR retainers and project-based mandates.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers.
• Create and present impactful PR proposals and pitch decks aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, onboarding, and smooth transition to client servicing.
• Represent Heighten Communications at industry events, networking meets, and PR forums.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and pipeline status.
• No monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Honesty and professionalism is required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in a PR agency.

• Strong understanding of PR services, media landscape, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales processes.
• A network of relevant industry contacts will be an added advantage.
