Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving growth, building client relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with 5–8 years of proven experience to join our team and play a key role in our growth journey.
1-Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
2-Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
3-Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in line with company offerings.
4-Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
5-Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.
6-Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
7-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
8-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and reports using CRM tools.
1-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2- 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
3-Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and negotiation strategies.
4-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
