Business Development Managers American Edu Global Schools! We are looking for an experienced, dynamic & result oriented senior Business Development Manager- for our organization. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. Roles & Responsibilities : • Develop marketing strategies for business development. • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. • Achieve targets in terms of number of Franchise Partners signed up -Finalize Corporate Alliances for franchise expansion with prospective clients/investors. • Identify Regions / Territory with scope for lead generation • Maintain data of parties interested in business partnership and ensure regular updating the same by call and personal visits. • Will be responsible to ensure that the organization and its mission, programs, product and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. • Promote goodwill through publicity efforts like organizing press conferences, exhibitions, publishing articles in the newspaper or on the official website of the company. • Will share and forward pictures and write-ups of activities for Brand Building with existing and potential clients, updating the website with relevant information • Would be responsible to review and check the various tasks given by the Director Business Development /HOD Will take on any additional responsibility given by the organization Desired Candidate Skills: • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Should have a good selling; channel sales experience; B2B sales exposure • Should be a result-oriented person and ready to travel across the . • Excellent organizational skills. • Have good negotiation skills and convincing power • Having exposure of working in Education Institutions or for a School Franchise would be and advantage Experience Range : 5-10 years Educational Requirement Bachelor /PG degree in business, marketing or related field form a well reputed Institution /University .
