Role Description:

Client Onboarding & Engagement:

• Identify and approach potential clients (SMBs) through strategic outreach.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations (PPTs) tailored to client needs—both online and in person.
• Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition into our services and offerings.
• Follow up regularly to nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development:

• Lead efforts in new business development and lead generation.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into loyal clients.
• Present customized business solutions and demonstrate how our services align with client goals.
• Use strong negotiation skills to close deals and grow overall revenue.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact to ensure continuous client engagement and support.
• Understand client pain points and provide strategic solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Communication & Reporting:

• Maintain clear and professional business communication across all channels.
• Track progress through regular reports and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless client delivery.

Qualifications:

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset
• 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing sales.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in digital marketing or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
