Role & responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads through various online/offline sources
  • Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Pitch products/services effectively and generate business
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Follow up with leads and close deals
  • Maintain CRM and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
