  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and client success initiatives.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding client operational needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to identify growth opportunities by identifying and developing new industry and applications.
  • Conduct product trials, technical assessments, and ROI analyses to align solutions with client needs. Share insights with R&D and marketing teams to refine product offerings and messaging
