Business Development Executive (Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Cityscape Decors. The primary role involves driving sales for our interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and a keen understanding of the interior design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Present and promote our interior and construction services to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interiors or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of the local market and client needs.
