Business Development Executive (Sales)

The ideal candidate for this role should have over 13 years of proven experience in business development, particularly within an IT services company. You should be well-versed in generating business opportunities through various platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position. Additionally, you should be capable of working independently with a proactive approach. Experience in lead generation, pre-sales, and optionally post-sales processes is preferred, along with a good understanding of web and mobile development services. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. As a part of Devout Tech (DTech), your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients through email, bidding platforms, and direct outreach. You will be tasked with building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, proactively contributing to revenue growth, and collaborating with technical and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables are also key aspects of this role.
