Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Courses
Location: Aluva

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
Identify, reach out, and qualify prospective students via cold calling and WhatsApp/email follow-ups.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads from inbound and outbound sources.
Sales & Admissions:
Counsel students on course offerings, career prospects, and enrollment procedures.
Conduct one-on-one consultations and close sales effectively.
Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Marketing & Outreach:
Execute digital campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and referral programs to drive course signups.
Develop creative promotional strategies for webinars, masterclasses, and events.
Video Content & Social Media Marketing:
Plan, create, and appear in short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips, etc.) to promote courses.
Collaborate with the marketing team to publish engaging educational content across social media platforms.
Analyze content performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, telesales, or training institutes preferred.
Freshers can also apply
Strong communication and sales closing skills.
Comfortable on camera with a flair for creating and presenting educational or promotional videos.
Good understanding of digital marketing trends and tools (Canva, CapCut, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
