Business Development Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our government business team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in B2G (Business to Government) sales and IT solutions. You will be responsible for building relationships with government departments, promoting our IT products and services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit government offices, public sector units, and institutions to introduce and promote our IT products and consulting services.
  
• Assist in identifying opportunities, tenders, and government procurement processes.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in various government departments.
  
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation for bids and tenders.
  
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to present customized solutions.
  
• Stay updated on government IT initiatives, procurement policies, and relevant compliance.
  
• Report daily activities, market feedback, and customer interactions to the Sales Manager.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (any stream can apply).
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and regional language.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and meetings.
  
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  
• Basic understanding of IT products and solutions is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with government processes or interest in public sector sales is advantageous.
