Business Development Executive (IT)

You are a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive who will be joining our IT team. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. You will also need to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored IT solutions such as web, software, and mobile applications will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations, as well as achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams in tech, design, and marketing to ensure smooth project delivery is essential. Attending industry events, networking meets, and client meetings as required is part of the role, along with maintaining CRM and providing regular reports on pipeline, leads, and closures. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the IT industry and a strong understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, and software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position, and fluency in English is preferred. The work location will be in person.,
