Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite) Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers welcome) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Indore . As a fresher, you will be trained and guided to generate leads and acquire new clients via LinkedIn and other professional platforms . The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional presence, and a drive to grow in the sales and business development domain . Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn and other social platforms. Connect, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders. Pitch our services and solutions professionally to prospective clients. Set up meetings, demos, or calls between prospects and our internal team. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client interaction data. Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for outreach and lead nurturing. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive approach. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email writing, and digital communication. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and techniques. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Eligibility: Recent graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.). No prior experience required (freshers are encouraged to apply). Must be willing to work onsite in Indore .
