What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities across various platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.).
• Draft and send proposals or introductory messages to prospective clients under guidance.
• Maintain client databases, follow up on leads, and help in nurturing business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare presentations, quotes, and documentation.
• Participate in client calls, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stay updated with market trends and the company’s service offerings to align with prospect needs.
• Support senior BDEs and managers with lead generation and reporting tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services is a plus.
• A go-getter attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
