Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to foster growth and build opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
Strong understanding of the IT Services & Consulting industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
