Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs. Conduct user research to understand user needs, and preferences, and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and iterate on design concepts. Ensure designs align with user requirements and business goals. Develop visually appealing UI designs, including layouts, color schemes, and interactive elements. Design and optimize user flows, navigation, and interactions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Identify and address usability issues. Will work closely with in-house backend developer. Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and product design. Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Javascript. Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
