What You’ll Do:
• Identify B2B leads (schools, colleges, creators, MSMEs) for our AI tools & courses
• Drive outbound reach via WhatsApp, calls, emails & LinkedIn
• Pitch Coolman’s offerings with clarity and energy — no boring scripts
• Convert leads into paying clients through demos & relationship building
• Hit weekly revenue & lead targets — we reward closers
• Maintain lead status on CRM and report progress
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns & conversion strategy
You’re a Fit If:
• You’ve got solid English + Hindi/Tamil/Kannada comms skills
• You’re a people person who loves solving problems & selling solutions
• You want to work at a fast-moving startup where things actually happen
• Prior experience in edtech or SaaS sales is a plus (internship or job)
