Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads
  • Pitch engineering products and services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct online research to explore market opportunities (including social media)
  • Monitor industry competition and trends
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate contact
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and industry events
  • Inform clients about new product developments
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations
  • Close deals and meet assigned targets
  • Regular client visits as required

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition in process engineering sector
  • Target-driven with a strong sales orientation
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Passion for business development and growth
