Job Description

Experience: 2–5 years in real estate sales/business development Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates Job Role & Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify potential clients (individuals & corporates) for real estate projects. Pitch property projects (residential/commercial/industrial) to clients with detailed descriptions. Handle client queries, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals. Build relationships with corporate clients (CP firms, MNCs, SMEs) for bulk leasing/sales. Coordinate with legal/contract teams to align agreements between clients and the firm. Stay updated on Mohali/Chandigarh real estate trends and competitor projects. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting . Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills. Knowledge of RERA, property documentation, and deal closures . Familiarity with Mohali/Zirakpur/Chandigarh property market is a plus. Local candidates preferred (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Location: Mohali, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
