About the Role:
We are looking for sharp, ambitious freshers to join us as Business Development Executives on a commission-based model. You will directly contribute to our growth by selling our digital investigation products to individuals and businesses. This is a performance-based opportunity where you earn 20% commission on every sale. High-performing candidates will be offered a permanent role after 1 year based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers (individuals, startups, HR heads, legal firms, etc.)
Understand the suite of AuthCred products and present the right offerings to customers
Build and mintain relationships with leads and convert them to paying customers
Regularly follow up and report weekly sales performance
Work closely with the core team to improve outreach and pitch strategies
What We Offer:
20% commission on every confirmed sale
High-ticket products – commissions can go from ₹700 to ₹2,400+ per sale
Flexible hours, work remotely from anywhere
Certificate and letter of recommendation after 3 months of consistent performance
Permanent role with fixed salary + performance incentives after 12 months, based on performance
Who Can Apply:
Recent graduates or final-year students (any stream)
Strong communication skills in English + any regional language
Self-driven, reliable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and handling objections
Prior sales experience is not required, but energy and persistence are
