Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders Drive lead generation, cold outreach, and prospect conversion Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and reports Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals Track metrics, analyze data, and report on performance and growth opportunities Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (startup experience is a plus) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Good to Have: Experience in e-commerce, tech, or gaming industries Existing network in relevant verticals Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
