Role Description

We are recruiting a versatile business development & client services manager to champion Stellar's offerings and nurture our relationships:

• Lead outbound business development and consultative sales to HNI/UHNI investors and family offices
• Own the end-to-end client journey: onboarding, portfolio discussions, relationship building, and long-term engagement
• Communicate investment strategies clearly, especially our quant and AI-driven approach (you will explain them credibly and loop in internal experts when required)
• Gather structured client feedback and work cross-functionally with the product and quant teams to influence product direction
• Leverage modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM software

Preferred Background

• Experience: 5+ years in private banking, wealth management, or PMS/AIF distribution
• Education: Strong academic background from premier institutions
• Strong Network: Demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clients
• Bonus: Zero-to-one experience of growing such companies from an early stage
• Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
