Sales Telecaller

Job Descrition:

Sales Telecaller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Pitch our services including Franchise Expansion, Social Media Management, and Branding Solutions.
  • Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business team.
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain a daily report of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.


Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English
  • Confident, positive attitude, and target-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
  • Must be based in Ahmedabad and comfortable working from the office
