Sales Telecaller

Job Descrition:

Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Call leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Pitch our services including Franchise Expansion, Social Media Management, and Branding Solutions.
Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business team.
Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Maintain a daily report of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English
Confident, positive attitude, and target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Must be based in Ahmedabad and comfortable working from the office
