Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our service offerings. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Pitch and sell company services to prospective clients via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
• Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to provide effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and client feedback.
• Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to generate leads and represent the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in service-based sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and client service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or agency service sales.
• Familiarity with industries such as media, advertising, or consulting.
