Job Description

Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Connect with potential clients to understand their learning goals and career aspirations.
  2. Own the end-to-end proposal process, from identifying customer needs to delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and market demands.


Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of sales experience. 
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce etc is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication skills – persuasive, clear and professional.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships

3. Confidence in pitching product to potential clients

4. Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
