Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate who can own and drive our B2B outreach — from corporate pantry partnerships to brand activation events. If you’re passionate about health and nutrition and love being on the frontlines of building partnerships and driving brand visibility, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Client Outreach & Relationship Building
○ Identify and reach out to corporates, co-working spaces, fitness centers, and wellness-focused offices for pantry stocking and snacking needs○ Manage client accounts, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Beyond Food product offerings

● Event Management & Brand Activation

○ Organize and execute pop-up events and sampling campaigns in corporate offices and wellness events
○ Coordinate with internal teams for product dispatch, setup, branding, and logistics○ Actively engage with attendees to generate interest, awareness, and conversions

● Sales Support & Lead Conversion
○ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, follow-ups, and demos○ Pitch new product launches and subscription plans for offices○ Convert warm leads from marketing into long-term clients

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Event Management, preferably in the food, wellness, or FMCG sector
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills● Comfortable with field work and on-ground event execution● Preferred: Background in nutrition, fitness, or prior work in the healthy snacks or wellness segment
● Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player

Bonus if you have:

● Connections in the corporate wellness space
● Experience conducting product demos or activations● Worked with early-stage brands and enjoy fast-paced environments

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
