Job Description

Position Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDA to join our team. The successful candidate will be placed at elite locations such as malls, corporate offices, and high-end societies to interact with prospective donors. The primary responsibility will be to explain our organization's mission and work, and to raise resources such as funds and donations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Engage Prospective Donors:* Proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.

- *Present Our Mission:* Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.

- *Raise Funds and Donations:* Encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.

- *Build Relationships:* Establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.

- *Achieve Targets:* Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.

- *Report and Record:* Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.

- *Promotional Materials:* Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.

- *Event Participation:* Participate in fundraising events and activities as required.

*Qualifications:*

- *Experience:* Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is preferred.

- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- *Presentation Skills:* Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

- *Personality:* Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident with a professional demeanor.

- *Motivation:* Self-motivated with a passion for the organization’s mission.

- *Adaptability:* Ability to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.

- *Education:* A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
