Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive – Globalpluz (Thrissur, Kerala)

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Position: Full-Time

About the Role:

Globalpluz is looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to drive marketing and sales efforts for our two divisions: Luxfloors (Premium SPC Flooring) and Architects Workshop (Architectural & Interior Design). The role involves reaching out to leading projects, corporate clients, and key decision-makers, ensuring our products and services meet their needs. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing long-term business relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing and sales activities for both Luxfloors (premium flooring solutions) and Architects Workshop (design & contracting services).
  • Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, developers, architects, and contractors for both product and service offerings.
  • Drive business growth by securing new projects and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and project-based sectors.
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-ups with clients to close deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored strategies and promotional materials for client acquisition.
  • Attend industry-related events and exhibitions to build brand awareness and network.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction, architecture, or building materials sector.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results
  • Experience in corporate sales and managing project-based clients
  • Familiarity with market trends in architecture and building materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualifications.
  • Incentives: Attractive commission structure on sales generated and activated, offering unlimited earning potential.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Based in or around Thrissur, Kerala.
  • Experience in project sales or selling to corporate clients in construction or architecture sectors is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Language:

  • Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
